Over the course of time, I have met many people who used the new year to make yet another resolution towards improving their health by starting a fitness and exercise regimen. Unfortuantely, they resulted in their own "undoing" by finding - or maybe better stated "thinking" of excuses for not starting. It has been stated here numerous times how easy it is to implement an exercise program and make subtle, yet effective changes to an individuals eating plan so positive things can take place. Start out slow by doing a little something each day to get in the groove and soon you will expereince the benefits that movement and eating well can do for your mind and body.
